The best way to get in touch with us is to click on the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of any page.
We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and any messages/calls during this time will be responded to as soon as possible.
How can I pay for an Item?
We are happy to accept Paypal, Bank Transfer or Card Payment.

Do your products require assembly?
The majority of our beds and furniture will arrive flat packed – please see product pages for confirmation. Fittings and assembly instructions are included for each item.
We do not at the moment offer an assembly service.
Will my new item come with a guarantee?
All our goods are covered by a 1Yr Guarantee against manufacturer faults and damage. If within this time any issues do arise please notify us using the ‘Contact Us’ tab and we will be happy to help resolve. We may require further information and images of the fault. Any item found to be faulty during this period will be replaced/exchanged or refunded at our discretion.
Please note, this guarantee does not cover issues arising from mis-use or mis-assembly of any items. It is your responsibility to make sure your item is assembled as per the instructions and is looked after well.
What size Mattress will I need?
All our bed frames are made to fit standard UK size mattresses.
