Can you deliver to me?

For smaller items sent by Royal Mail we are able to dispatch to the whole of the UK.

For larger furniture items (beds, furniture etc) we are able to offer delivery to the Mainland UK only.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all of our items, with the exception of the the following postcodes: (AB1-9/14/21-23/30-39/41-45/51-56,  IV1-56,  KW1-14,  KA27-28,  PA20-39, PH11-40, FK19-21).

The above postcodes will incur an extra charge, which is payable before dispatch. Please contact us to confirm cost before placing your order.

Please note, we require an up-to-date contact number for large item deliveries – failure to provide this could result in your delivery being delayed

When will my delivery arrive?

Small items sent by Royal Mail will be due within the next few working days from dispatch.

Our larger items are sent via Home Delivery, please see individual listings for delivery dates. Deliveries can arrive Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and we will always contact our Customers to notify them of dispatch and any delivery details.

Can you arrange specific dates / times?

Although we cannot offer specified there are delivery dates you would like to avoid or are inconvenient for you please let us know before dispatch and we will do our best to help.

Can my delivery be left somewhere else?

All large item deliveries will require a signature so unfortunately cannot be ‘left safe’ anywhere.

Any missed deliveries will be taken back to site and re-delivery attempted on the next available date we have.

Can I have a Saturday delivery?

This option is available on many items, but does incur an added surcharge.

Can I Return My Order?

We are happy to offer a 14-day Change of Mind Return Policy, which begins on the day of delivery. Your items can be sent back for a full refund providing you still have the original packaging, the item is in the same perfect condition and it has not yet been assembled.

If you would like to request a change of mind return, please contact our Customer Services. We are able to offer a collection service for your goods, please contact us to confirm the cost of this.
