We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and any messages/calls during this time will be responded to as soon as possible.
I have not received my order confirmation and /or dispatch message?
Please ensure that you have checked your junk and spam folders for the email. To prevent this from happening again please add email@example.com to your safe list. If you still can’t find the email please use the Contact Us link, and we will be happy to help.
What should I do if order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event of your order arriving with major visible damage to the packaging you are within your rights to refuse delivery. If the damage is minimal and you would like to accept it, please remember to sign for it as ‘damaged’.
This will allow us to resolve quickly and efficiently in the event of any contents being damaged when opened.
What if my item is damaged or missing when opened?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to resolve.
For any damage/faults/parts missing we will provide replacement parts. If a replacement part is not viable we will aim to exchange your item within 3-5 working days of notification.
In the event of no replacement item being available we will endeavor to offer you an alternative, or a cancellation & refund will be issued.
